Super clean. Spacious. Comfortable beds. V. good location for what we needed this trip. Helpful rep on site and host responsive when asked questions. Disappointed there wasn't much info in the listing and that we didn't get a simple welcome message on booking which should be standard. Very difficult to navigate to property as Rope Walk is blocked in two places and we had to go round Ipswich's one way system 3 times before we hit the right way to access the building. All this could have been avoided if it was properly explained in advance. The listing didn't match the photos. The sofa furniture was different (and very uncomfortable) and there were no colourful cushions or lampshades or occasional table. We were not informed that there is no natural light or ventilation in the bedrooms. We had to request hand towels and a bathmat. As a host I try to explain my listing accurately and manage expectations where there may be problems. If this had been done here the rating would be higher.

Great place, location was great, very clean everything needed was supplied. Communication was excellent private parking would defo stay again.
