Quick response when a concern presented itself. Simple fix
We were the first guests at this location. We came in to Chicago to spend the holidays with family. The location was great, very close to major streets, highways, and shopping. Area was safe and had a dedicated parking space. The unit was clean and cozy. Very well stocked, we were provided plenty of cleaning products, toiletries, and cooking & baking supplies. We had a few hiccups during our stay with appliances, water, heat and laundry, but our host was extremely responsive and kept us informed on when to expect resolution.
