Richard was a great host. The apartment was as advertised and we felt at home. It was fun people watching out the window at the table.

Richard's apartment is clean and has everything I need. It's a 5-minute walk from Surbiton Station, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places for shopping nearby, so I didn't have any trouble getting around. Many thanks to Richard for his hospitality. I would definitely like to come back again when visiting London.

Richard’s place had everything we needed for our 10 day stay, very close to cafes/restaurants, supermarkets and transport into London (Surbiton is zone 6 with regular fast trains to Waterloo). Also close to the riverwalk along the Thames. The apartment is cosy yet spacious enough for a couple. Richard was very responsive to enquiries, and keen to assist with local information and nice little touches in the flat. Highly recommended.
