Guesthouse located in a beautiful, quiet property a short drive away from Chico. Friendly hosts, easy parking, and exactly as pictured. Would love to stay here again

Molly's place was just as described. Very peaceful setting just outside of Chico. Molly and her family were very kind and welcoming. Even invited me for evening cocktails near the orchard. The space was clean and had everything needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Most properties in our area are 5 acres or more with some smaller properties mixed in. Our property is surrounded by walnut trees, horse pastures and open space with residences scattered about. Our street is the end of the bike path into Chico. No sidewalks, curbs, gutters or street lights, you are in the country!
You will need a car to travel around unless you prefer cycling long distances. We are 5 miles south of Chico and a few miles from Downtown Durham which has limited amenities.
