This is my first non positive review. I am sorry to do this. Now just to be clear, I didn’t stay here but my dad did. First he told me that window blinds were broken and they didn’t fix it properly and that it kept breaking on him. Leaking AC, dusty, and does not look like the pictures per se! All that is ok. Fine! My biggest complain is that they have a separate bathroom for what Sri Lankans call “servants”. It’s in unacceptable condition with some hole in the ground while the guest have a much nicer bathroom/toilet to use. I don’t support this subhuman treatment to the maids who clean the place. It’s unethical. It will cost the owner at most 400 dollars to put a toilet there and make it nicer. No human being should be asked to use a nasty bathroom when there is a good one. I am sure the building came like this. But please invest in this. We won’t be coming again. This person also charged me for electricity. Airbnb in Sri Lankan is weird.
