Really beautiful home and great location! The house itself is very spacious. It's centrally located and a short walk to the centre and to nearby restaurants. I arrived early and Cheryl was able to recommend a great spot for lunch on The Brayford Marina. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night sleep. The dining space and patio is really lovely and can imagine it would be really great for friends and family to gather. I'll be looking to return with a group of friends and family next time! Beautiful house, such a lovely place to stay. Cheryl was really helpful and quick to respond. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking at home. We also popped out for dinner, 5 minute walk and your in the centre.

This is a lovely house, great place for bringing a large group together. We had three generations of our family spend Christmas together and it was a comfortable and warm space to celebrate. The kitchen/diner is a really nice space for large family meals. Location-wise you're just a 5 minute stroll down the hill to the marina or just under 10 mins uphill into the cathedral Quarter. We had a couple of minor issues with a door handle coming loose and a couple of curtain poles coming down as they didn't have the right fixings in, but these were minor inconveniences rather than big problems. The house is well set up for lots of people to sleep and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There is an enclosed garden, perfect if you have a dog and I would imagine a nice space in summer. It's clearly a newish place in terms of Airbnb and having a few more hooks or storage spaces and a few more robust fixtures and fittings would elevate this to 5*. Thank you Cheryl!

The first time I stayed at this house was with a group of friends. It has plenty of parking and is in a great location meaning its walking distance from the city, main attractions and restaurants. My best friend's eldest son is a student at Lincoln University, so my friend, my youngest son and I decided to stay here when helping our son move and settle into his new place. After a day of unpacking and helping our him get set up it was lovely to be able to come back and watch a movie together on the large, comfortable sofas in the lounge as an extended family again before saying goodbye. We all commented on how comfy the beds were and had a great night's sleep, especially before having to head back in the car for a long drive home. We enjoyed our stay so much that next time we come to visit we will book again. it really felt like a home from home. Thanks Cheryl and Ed, I meant to ask where you bought those amazing bedsheets from!

Highly recommend. It is rare to have such a peaceful garden so close to the centre of a city. We enjoyed the evening walking into Lincoln for food and then relaxing with friends in the garden. I had a great nights sleep, beds were really comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
