Management asked for security deposit after place was booked. It was not mentioned on Airbnb. We requested early check in but they refused saying that they need to make sure everything was functional in the house. We accepted that reasoning but when we checked in the TV was not working, the WiFi on the top floor was not working and the sink drain in one of the bathrooms was broken and hence clogged. They fixed the TV after 3 hrs of complaining. The WiFi was not fixed for the duration of the stay and they did not even acknowledge that problem despite us complaining about it multiple times. The bathroom drain was fixed two days after we checked in and we had to follow up for it multiple times. The backyard was very dusty and unkept and we could not even step outside. Overall very poor customer service and not worth the premium price of the property.
