Located 12 miles from the Yosemite National Park south entrance and 7 miles to Bass Lake, it is the perfect location for your next adventure. Featuring all new Article furniture, king beds, new heating and air-conditioning units , 200+ mbps wifi, keyless entry, on-site parking, and extensive decking wrap around the home. Cedar Haus Yosemite is a 2 story cabin nestled in the quiet Cedar Valley neighborhood. It has a spacious outdoor patio and deck with enough space to entertain the whole group. The open layout in the living and dining room areas is perfect for gathering the whole family. The newly painted interior is tastefully furnished with modern furniture. You can expect a beautiful leather couch in the living room, a sleek dining table that easily sits 6+, and comfortable memory foam mattresses in every bedroom. The spacious primary bedroom upstairs features a king sized bed, a window nook with plenty of natural light, full sized closet and a desk. The second bedroom also includes a king sized bed and connected to a full bathroom. The third bedroom includes 2 twin sized beds, a window nook, bar stool and counter seating, a 50in smart TV, and a full sized pool table. Please note: the indoor wood-burning stove and outdoor fire pits are not allowed due to high fire risks. ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FIRES OUTDOORS due to the high fire zone risk. The outdoor deck has a dining table, a wrap around wooden bench, and a pair of comfortable adirondack chairs. You can even sharpen your golf game on our professional grade outdoor putting green! We provide the putters and golf balls, you bring your skills. We provide all-natural shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms. This home is pet friendly and sleeps 6 people comfortably. Dog friendly for well-behaved dogs (fee upon approval is $100 per dog. 2 dogs max.) Kitchen: We provide a fully stocked kitchen with complementary coffee Keurig k-cups and teas. Appliances include a microwave, toaster, and a blender. Entertainment: The living room and 3rd bedroom have Roku smart TVs with YoutubeTV and Netflix installed. The 3rd bedroom also has a full sized pool table. Parking: Has space for 4+ vehicles (AWD may be required during snow season). A level 2 EV charger is available for your convenience. It’s fits all non Tesla models but works with Tesla adapters (not provided). Again, if you drive a Tesla, you must bring your own Tesla adapter. Yosemite Park visitors: please refer to the official Yosemite reservation website for park entry. “A reservation is required to drive into or through Yosemite National Park on some days.” Unfortunately, we cannot handle any park reservations on behalf on our guests.
