Our "bed & breakfast" has 17 rooms, all with private bathroom. The common area has 2 pools, a lovely yoga loft with a weekly schedule offering daily group lessons, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of our guests to cook their meals. However, out of the ordinary, its unique gardens full of plants and flowers stand out, an authentic jungle that captivates anyone who comes here.

Fue todo perfecto. Simplemente que solo nos quedamos una noche y Justo ese día estaba lloviendo, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de las piscinas y jardines que tiene. Si que es verdad, según qué habitación te den, puede que tenga mucha humedad, pero bueno, es el clima de RD. Por lo demás, muy bien y tanto el dueño como los trabajadores muy atentos. Si eres aficionado del sur y buscas un llegar tranquilo, es perfecto. *ah, el desayuno es genial !
Leider sehr klein und alt die Zimmer. Die Dusche hatte eine lockere Abtrennung damit das Wasser nicht austritt. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat beim öffnen gestunken.

Playa Encuentro is one of the most famous beaches in Dominican Republic best know for its surfing conditions all year round. The neighborhood is beautiful, tranquil and with lots of nature. We are located 450m from the beach and 200m from the main road where you can find "Encuentro FoodPark" for many dinning options, "El Furgon" mini-market for grocery shopping, and public transport to move around. We are also located 250m from "Plaza Encuentro" where you will find a bakery and a nice place for lunch. At the beach there are other restaurants open for lunch as well. In Encuentro we also have a gym.
In Encuentro we park cars on the street next to the hotel. If you have a moto we can park it inside for extra safety.
If you don't have a car or a moto you can walk around Encuentro neighbourhood and if you need to go to Sosua or Cabarete we recommend taking a private taxi (10$), moto taxi (4$), or public guagua ($1) - all of these transportation options work super smoothly to move around the area.

We are 4 friends running the Surf Break Cabarete with love and passion. We are all water-sports fanatics mainly into Surfing, Kiting and SUP - with a bit of Yoga to help get to the next day. We enjoy Cabarete everyday and make sure all our guests do as well. We love making events at the hostel to encourage our guests to know each other and make activities together. We are focused on improving this unique place a bit everyday. We hope you can visit us in this wonderful tropical paradise.
