The place was very clean. The decor was nice. The game room was fun for our teens. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was on a street that is a very steep hill. The parking is street parking & right in front of the house. If I had to say one negative thing, is I wish I had a TV in the bedroom. I like to watch TV to fall asleep. Or a lamp on the end table to read. The beds however, were very comfortable. If you’re going to stay in the summer there is no AC, but we went in the spring and it was a comfortable temp. Each room had heat control. If my host had more Air BNB’s I would recommend using her again.

Veronica’s place was wonderful, clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located to Penn State University. I had to make many trays of pasta for my son’s fraternity parent weekend, and I was able to do that using her kitchen. The home also gave us a nice place to return to, and just put our feet up with out friends after a long day with our college guys! Veronica was warm and so gracious. We were in a bind because our original reservation was cancelled due to utility work and Veronica could not be more understanding and helpful. Within an hour she accepted our reservation and we had a new place to stay. We would definitely highly recommend and since our sons are just freshmen, we will be back for sure!
Very clean. Great communication. Enough space for everyone and we had a lot of fun playing in the game room!
This place was awesome for what we needed. Only had 4 of us, but you could easily and comfortably sleep 8-12 people. Right on the edge of Bellefonte, close to anything you'd want to do there (Axemann Brewery, Creekside at Gamble Mill highly recommend, Waffle Shop for your way out of town). Getting to PSU tailgate lots was super easy from here; during Michigan game we left and were in the lots and completely set up in 30 minutes. Place itself is clean/tidy, the games inside are a nice touch, huge TV with a decent size living room. Veronica was very polite, super quick to respond, allowed us to get in a little early, and clear communication the entire time. During a normal weekend it is probably right in line with $$, during the big games like Michigan it's an absolute steal for what you get! Could not recommend this place more and will look to book this exact place many times in the future!
