位于美丽的贝勒丰特市中心，距离博物馆、图书馆、邮局、银行（步行2分钟）、华夫饼店、州长酒吧、Mamma Mia披萨店、塔利兰公园等（步行3分钟）足够近，距离卡塔巴士站3分钟。乘车17分钟即可抵达海狸体育场。这是一栋老房子，经过简单改造，维护良好，舒适。

We stayed at Flavia’s for a penn state game. Even though it was a 15 minute drive from beaver stadium, it was very easy to make it to the game with very little traffic when taking 99 south. Flavia was very responsive and made any accommodations for our stay that were requested.
