There were dozens of dead ants across the floor, rugs, bathroom mats, blankets, and bed when we arrived. There were also dead flies in the coffee maker. The location is pretty nice as there are quite a few good local restaurants within 15 minutes drive and the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center is about 15 minutes away too. The cleanliness was the only real problem about the place.

If you want to visit mammoth caves this is a super place to consider! There's some nice back yard space - you are next to some neighbors which was not a problem, but the bright lights took away from some of the star view. Really a nice converted shed i was impressed! Depending on the time of the year bugs might be an issue but April was a great time to go! Great stay!

This place is in a good location but it’s a renovated shed. That wouldn’t be bad but they painted over particleboard with screws sticking out of it. The front door is maybe 15 feet away from another home causing it to feel exposed. When someone uses the shared drive way they can see directly into the windows. They say they built a fence but it barely extends beyond the front of the shed. The bathroom and kitchen are nice. No stove but they do have an electric cooktop. Shower shoots water out of the door when trying to turn it on. Overall wouldn’t recommend. It’s about the same price as a hotel. You are a few minutes from the park but most hiking places are a bit of a drive and not walkable from the shed.

We stayed here to visit Mammoth Cave National Park and it was a great tiny home to stay in to do so. It was conveniently located right next to the park which was very nice. We also enjoyed the coziness of the space while we were there since the weather was not nice that weekend. We will definitely stay here again!
