Casa Vista is a complex of 4 luxurious residences in The Historic Centro of San Miguel de Allende. Exquisite Modern-Mexican decor walking distance or 4 blocks downhill to Jardin, Parroquia and all the best restaurantes, art galleries and shops that make this World Cultural Location. Location, location, location. Roof terrace on building. quiet street. We have been with Airbnb for over 10 years we have properties in San Juan PR & Corsica France. We had over 750 reviews, five star rating and a Super host like the pictures shows but we lost all our history when our page was hacked in June 2023. Sad! Building was completed in February 2021 has 4 units all with air conditioning, heating, washer dryer combo, full kitchen & communal roof terrace overlooking SMA. Bed in the unit is queen. Only four units in the building.

I had a great stay, it was in a great walking location. the property was clean and fresh, I loved the roof top in the morning sun.
This is our second time staying at Roberta & Alejandro's place. This time we came back with some family members that stayed in the other units. All of us agreed that the property is well located (you can walk to the Parroquia and countless restaurants and attractions). The place is well appointed and spotless. The instructions were clear and complete. We all enjoyed our stay and found all the units comfortable, clean and decorated very tastefully.
We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb hosted by Roberta & Alejandro. The place was not only super clean but also felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. Alejandro was highly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all of the attractions and amenities we needed. It also has a super cool rooftop with an amazing view of the city. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
Roberta and Alejandro's place was a fantastic place to stay. It was exactly as advertised, squeaky clean, and a short walk to anywhere in town. However, there was no street or city noise in the unit. It is well-designed, welcoming, and has all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. The rooftop patio has epic views of the sunset and downtown area. I would certainly recommend it!
Everything you could possibly want and need is provided in this quaint, clean, and safe Airbnb, which perfectly matches its description. Roberta & Alejandro truly exemplify the community spirit that makes Airbnb such a fantastic platform. Their hospitality and attention to detail contributed significantly to our delightful experience. We eagerly look forward to our next stay in SMA, and a huge part of our excitement is thanks to our wonderful hosts. Their local tips and thoughtful touches made our visit even more memorable.

The historic center of SMA encompasses 24 blocks of narrow streets, alleys, and paths without any traffic lights. The layout of the center of the city is mostly a square grid, which was favored by the Spanish during colonial times. However, due to the terrain, many roads are not straight. There are no parking meters, no traffic signals, and no fast food restaurants. Although the city is quite walkable in terms of distances, the uneven cobblestone streets can be perilous, so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!
SMA is a small walking city taxi, Uber easily accessible 24/7. Under $80 pesos a ride. If coming in using the outstanding bus service in Mexico exit the station and jump in a taxi on the street for 1/2 price off taxis inside bus station charge almost double. From the bus station to our property is less than 10 minutes.
