This lovely, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by beaches is 10 minutes from theTsawwassen ferry terminal to go to Vancouver Island -- – past a beautiful golf course, famous Tsawwassen Mills mall (one of the biggest in Canada) and Splashdown Waterpark.
The town center with shopping, restaurants and amenities is 10 mins walking distance. This street has many beautiful luxury homes, tall trees and walking paths. The backyard is next to a park with tennis courts, four fields and two large playgrounds that include a ninja circuit, basketball court and several great playing structures.
It's only a short walk (7 mins) to a main bus stop and equal distance to a beautiful golf course. 20 minutes walk takes you to beaches at either side of the peninsula as well as a long beautiful seawall walk next to a park full or walking trails. The peninsula itself is surrounded by stunning beaches. Some beaches are flat and sandy like Centennial Beach, other beaches on the west side tend to be more typical Pacific Northwest soft pebble beaches. All are cinematic!
Drive = 5 mins to Tsawwassen town center and shopping, restaurants, etc

No issues with parking in the neighbourhood or in Tsawwassen, parking is free, including beach parking. Vancouver is definitely not free parking.
Bus = 7 mins walk to bus stop taking you to other areas of South Delta and
Vancouver.
Walking / Bike = all areas of Tsawwassen are easily reached walking or by bike.
