The place was great! My family and I really enjoyed it, the jacuzzi is totally a great plus. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again :)

Our group had a great stay while we were in town to run a race and visit a few wineries. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week in the Sedona area! We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but what we did spend was perfect. It was big enough for us to spread out, lots of fun activities for everyone (especially our teenage boys) to enjoy, and it was clean and well-stocked. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the owners were responsive, courteous and understanding. We never felt like we were bothering them. The games and hot tub were all high-quality, the decor was tasteful and attractive, the amenities were everything a family needed for the week. We would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again if/when we come back, we had a great week! The drive into Sedona was easy - around 25 min. on an easy highway and you're there. The Italian place ("By the Bucket") down the street had good food, well-priced (call in or order in person to avoid door dash double pricing) easy to pick up on the way home and feed the family! Highly recommend!!!

Tim and the other’s helping with his place were great. They were super responsive and knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Tim’s place.
