Me and my family have stayed at many airbnbs / Vrbo’s and I can honestly say this is the first negative review we’ve had to write. We booked this home for the weekend due to the good reviews and central location. But we ran into major issues with the cleanliness of the floors, shower and towels provided in the bathroom. My wife actually had to go in and clean the shower before use because there was not only dirty hand towels left inside but there was hair covering the walls and drain. And calcium build up on the shower head so thick some of the water droplets were coming out milky white. Photos were a bit deceiving as mattresses, furniture and rugs are quite worn down. It’s disappointing not only spending money on such an uncomfortable stay but then being required to assist in cleaning before checkout when it wasn’t clean to begin with. Would not recommend.

Stayed here for a job in Sedona. Very clean property, very well stocked kitchen . Nice big open yard with a grill. Also loved being able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer. This is a great jumping off point if visiting Sedona. I did have a little trouble locating email which provides code for front door lockbox but host was very responsive and it was not an issue.

We'd definitely stay here again. It's easily walkable to the little downtown Cottonwood area and the Jail Trail paths, the living room had ample seating for the 4 of us to hang out (and a ton of games, which we didn't play, but nice to have a collection), and the backyard is large--our two small dogs were happy to wander there and we found ourselves sitting often at the patio set. The pomegranate tree still had edible fruit on it and that was a novelty for us. The few drawbacks are easily resolved: a dining table that 4 people couldn't sit comfortably at because of a shelf where your knees go, the kitchen was mostly good in the dishware/utensil area but missing some pretty key items like a baking dish and even one bowl that could be used for mixing batter or serving a salad. A slow-draining tub. The biggest issue for us was very spotty wifi one day while working from the dining table. All that said, recommend. It's a bit rough around the edges, but we were quite happy here.
