Tiny Village Cartagena is located the island of Tierra Bomba, less than 15 mins off the coast of Cartagena's city center. Our “Tiny Villas” are tiny Houses uniquely designed to replicate the Spanish colonial architecture that has made Cartagena a world famous city and are also designed to afford maximum space and comfort per square foot while ensuring low energy consumption. Each of our Tiny Villas are equipped with room for up to 4 people, a living room, upstairs loft bedroom, private back patio overlooking mangroves in a beautiful tiny house designed to be mirror the historical spanish colonial architecture that has made Cartagena famous. Villa San Pedro is one of our first fully completed Tiny Villas. It boast a beautiful and vibrant magenta exterior with white windows and doors along with unique customizations like its door knockers, and fully size wall mural. Your “Tiny Villa” was thoughtfully designed to be spacious without taking up too much space. It’s outfitted with all the amenities of a hotel suite but feels much roomier with 15 foot ceilings and a split level format. Our bathrooms are also designed to use space as efficient as possible. Our showers, toilets and sinks are in independent spaces, allowing up to 3 people to be using bathroom facilities at the same time without interruption. Each villa comes with a large 10ft x 10ft outdoor patio space that is perfect for reading a book in the morning while enjoying a view of the mangroves and natural environment, or comfortably hanging out with friends at night. Our “Tiny Villas” are not just your typical hotel room — using tiny house design principles, we’ve created a bedroom loft that allows us to have a split level design resulting in 4 distinct spaces in each villa — the bedroom loft, the living room, the bathroom area and the back outdoor patio. distinct spaces a villas with a fully functional living room. A large part of our tiny villa design is the our concept of life sized custom wall mural, one of the staples of Cartagena’s art culture. Each mural depicts distinct themes of Cartagena life and the city. 15 foot ceilings help make our villas feel amplified, and spacious, while allowing for amazing airflow to keep our villas naturally cool.
