We had an amazing stay. The place was clean and peaceful. The places looked just like the pictures. James was very helpful and took care of all of our concerns. The place had a great pool and easy access to the beach. We had a very beautiful view of the beach. It was located near a lot of amazing restaurants in walking conditions.

At first we didn’t even want to go to Costa Rica having been here once before 8 years ago. But we decided at the late minute and wow, this did not disappoint. It was so hard to leave the grounds of the condo because of the amazing view of the pool and ocean. Amazing sunsets and just overall an amazing stay. Well worth it.

Me and my friend from Ohio came and visit with our kids. We had the best time, the condo was comfortable, the view was espectacular, the pool was very nice, the beach is right there, you can walk to the pharmacy, restaurants etc. James the owner was amazing, he was on top of everything and made our visit espectacular. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all our friends 🧡.

James and Mile’s place was amazing. My friend and I visited for my birthday and stayed at another hotel for our first few days and this Airbnb was literally walking distance from our first location. James and Mile accommodated an early check-in for us which worked out great! The location is absolutely perfect. The beds were nice and comfy & the kitchen was well equipped, and the star of the show “the balcony” was everything we needed and more especially after a long Jacó day. The view is breathtaking. The temperature in this condo was great also after long our long excursions and just being out on the town. I plan on coming back and bringing my son because I felt absolutely safe being on the property. The property itself was very well maintained & security guards are always walking around willing to help. If you’re looking for a safe, relaxing place with immaculate views then look no more. This was the most perfect location in downtown Jaco. It is located directly on the beach with a private pool. There are two private bedrooms with private baths, a spacious kitchen, dining and family room. There’s a nice balcony overseeing the ocean. Every day, we took a walk downtown, hit the pool and ocean. We felt totally at home and wanted to stay forever. Host was available with support from before arrive until after arrival. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
