If we could give 4.5 stars, we would. Todd was very responsive and the house was nice. If we have to nit pick: One of the two remotes for the lights did not work, only one worked, and when we tried to turn of the lights in the family room, it would turn on the light in the adjoining room....not a big deal, just a tiny bit annoying. All the beds are very very soft. Our kids loved the soft beds, but my wife and I prefer a harder mattress. To each his own :-) Bottom line: We would absolutely stay there again. Loved the proximity to everything, and the neighborhood was quiet and private. Again, Todd was very responsive.

Nice home as described in listing. Quiet neighborhood with beach and boardwalk within 10 minutes of driving. Some furniture could use updating, but still very usable and comfortable. Todd was very quick to respond each time I messaged him. Would stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

Our family had a great time at Todd’s place! Our kids had a blast in the pool and we loved all the counter space for when we cooked breakfast in the morning. The mattress in the Master bedroom was heavenly! Todd was very responsive when we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful stay!
