Parking: There is a free designated parking space located in the parking garage below the building. The space is only steps away from the elevator or stair access to the unit. For additional parking there are reserved spaces in the provided parking lot behind the building. Many guests arrive from the airport via Uber as this is a walkable location that does not require a car for most of the downtown areas of interest. Noise Potential: There are trains that run during different times of the day close by. Again, we have provided sound machines in each bedroom so you can enjoy a good night's sleep and not be disturbed. Elevator: There is only one elevator that services the entire building and can tend to be slow at times during peak hours. Two sets of stairs at each end of the building are available for use in the event the elevator is tied up. Building Interior: The building which was constructed in 1986 is starting to show a little of its age. HOA is working together with the residents to make some cosmetic updates, so you may encounter work being done during your visit in the main common areas. This should not interfere with your beautifully designed unit. Lease Agreement: Per SC law, all guests will be asked to sign a lease agreement for stays over 30 days.
