We stayed in April 2024 for a week and loved our time! Carolina was very responsive and the condo was immaculate—and I don’t use that word lightly. The condo was spotless, everything was labeled, there were spices and many other kitchen amenities, and there were some cool tech provisions, like a light-up bathroom mirror and electronic living room blinds. For coffee lovers, she has a keurig and normal coffee pots, with pods and coffee grounds. We loved the pond in the back too—if you stomp your feet on the deck, there’s a turtle with a pointed nose that will come say hello! Only a short walk to the beach as well, but there is parking near the beach entrance too for accessibility. It is more of a retirement area, so not a ton of things to do for kids and young people, but really good restaurants, gorgeous scenery, and it’s quiet. There were maybe 20 people on the beach during prime hours on a Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and felt right at home. Very clean beautifully decorated condo (inspired me to go home and redecorate my home, LOVE!) . Perfect Airbnb to stay, had everything we could have needed and more. Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Quiet community with private beach, pools, restaurant and more. Highly recommend this Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Caroline.

My family and I have been coming to Ocean Village for nearly 40 years. Carolina’s place had absolutely everything that you would want or need while there. Including an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, a closet, full of all your beach goodies, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, a backpack cooler, and games. Her place was absolutely spotless! We will be back for sure

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation. The condo is bright, beautiful, clean, very well stocked, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. Carolina is a wonderful host, and even left us a sweet welcome package. We enjoyed walks and bike rides at Ocean Village, meals and playing games on the dock, and watching the fish & turtles there. The large pool is closed, but the Aruba Centre hot tub and pool are open and close to the beach, we went there everyday. There is also a heated pool and ping pong table right by the condo. Spunky’s Surf Shop rents surfboards and we spent two days surfing at the North Island by the jetty; the State Park there is beautiful. The Navy Seal Museum on the North Island is interesting. Thank you Carolina for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Carolina's condo in Hutchinson Island! The condo itself was beautiful all around and very comfortable. Carolina was very responsive and helped us get situated immediately so we could enjoy the amenities at Ocean Village. The small lake side dock was a lovely location for morning coffee and it was a breeze to walk to the beach from the condo. All in all, the experience was an amazing getaway and we will definitely be revisiting in the future!
