Forget your worries in this serene space on Lake Norman and near Davisdon. This water-view home will have you never wanting to return to reality. The morning sunrise on the third floor deck or watching the sunset in the hot tub is one of the most breathtaking views the Lake has to offer. This home boasts 3 stories, a full basement, an open concept Kitchen, and a gym allowing ample space to entertain, enjoy a fun game night, or cozy up with family and watch a good movie on the projector screen. This home is stair friendly! The main floor is a perfect gathering area for Brunch, Bridal, and Baby showers! The kitchen is open and has all the supplies to make a hearty meal! There are 2 dining areas and bar stool seating that will hold all your friends and family! There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor each with its own full bathroom and one bedroom on the third floor that is the perfect space for kids or a slumber sleep over. of note, the master bedroom is an oasis, perfect for an anniversary or romantic getaway as its French doors leads to an open patio deck with breathtaking views. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. The basement has a pool table, fooseball table, poker table, projector screen, a bar with a bartesian, and a full bathroom. The gym has a Peloton, weight bench, kettle bells, yoga mats, exercise bands, and jump ropes. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. The patio has a seating area with outdoor TV and Hot Tub. There is a fire pit for roasting s'mores and a deck with a large umbrella to keep you cool while enjoying the lake view. The screened patio on the main floor is great for a romantic dinner or to curl up and read a good book.

This was an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of room for my family of 15. Megin was great to work with! My family had the best time Memorial weekend staying at this location. Easy boat access to the lake. The firepit, hot tub, and game room were a big hit with everyone. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Would definitely stay here again. 😊
We stayed here for a bachelorette party with 15 women. We had the best time! The place had all of the amenities for all of us. We used the hot tub, enjoyed sitting by the fire by the lake. Everything felt clean. Would come here again!
This is such a beautiful home. It's the perfect place for a long overdue vacation. It was so peaceful and very clean. I loved waking up in the morning and listening to the sounds of nature on the balcony. The mattresses, let me tell you, they were so comfortable, we slept like babies. Megin is a great host, she has designed this home to be very accommodating, it has everything you can possibly think of extra blankets, coal and lighter fluid for the grill, first aid kit. The workout room was well equipped so we could continue our daily fitness routines. For entertainment, there is enough variety for everyone and their various skill levels. I highly recommend this Airbnb, and can't wait to return!
Megan’s place was absolutely perfect for our company retreat. It accommodated everyone (including families with kiddos) with ample space. It was clean and well organized. It is a stunningly beautiful place that truly felt like home during the weekend. Check in was a breeze and Megin was extremely helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Would 100% go back!
