Located on the ground floor of our farmhouse with its own, independent entrance, La Stanza is the perfect holiday hideaway for two. This stylish, unique space is located on our organic olive farm in the heart of the Sabina countryside, yet only an hour away from the sights of Rome, and 15 minutes from the exit of the A1 Autostrada del Sole. Participate in on site grove tours & EVOO tastings, enjoy day trips to Rome, Orvieto, & Assisi; but best of all, discover the secret Italy that is Sabina. La Stanza is located on our organic olive farm, where we live and work. We offer farm tours, olive oil tastings and special events, all of which are open to La Stanza guests. The room has been created with creature comforts in mind: a king sized bed (with Tempur posturepedic mattress and quality bedding); free WiFi; Smart TV and Smart Speaker; air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. The en-suite shower room features an oversized "rain shower", and quality toiletries are provided for guests' use. We provide tea and coffee making facilities with real Yorkshire tea, and there is a small fridge in your room which contains fresh milk: no UHT milk on our farm! A Continental Breakfast can be provided (extra charge applies), featuring home made jams and marmalade from our own fruit trees, as well as honey produced by our bees. When the weather permits, breakfast is taken outdoors on your own private decking area, but your suite also has a table and chairs for breakfast indoors. Guests are also welcome to use our garden with a shady pergola (the views are gorgeous), and to swim in the above ground pool during the summer months: sun loungers are provided.
