非常好的入住体验。我们因为入境花费了超过预期一倍的时间，导致比约定时间晚了一个半小时抵达。且没有及时办理电话卡，无法联系上房东，导致Iginio先生多等了我们很久。非常抱歉！ 公寓在临街一楼，偶尔能听到窗外行人讲话，私密性和安全性都挺好。距离中央火车站步行距离内，周围有餐馆。房间内部宽敞，设施完备，房东贴心准备了水和小零食，甚至还有一瓶酒。 客厅、卧室、卫生间都和图片描述一样。唯一的问题是洗衣机动静太大，甩干的时候如果不按住，它可能会自己跑去客厅。其他都没有问题。

We selected this location for its proximity to the train station. It was convenient to get to, spacious and clean. We didn't find many restaurants in the area but we took the metro to downtown Milan without problems.

The place is bigger than expected! The host is very generous and the location of the apartment is walking distance from train station Metro and super market. The only small downside is the noise from the street which is acceptable but need getting use to. Will definitely visit again! One of the best airbnb place I have visited in Italy!

First of all, we had to pay a late entry fee because our flight was delayed. The property was already expensive, so paying an additional 50 euros was not a welcome surprise. One of the bedrooms didn't have any sheets or pillowcases. The heating was not working as expected, we often felt cold at night. After talking with the host on our last night, the radiators were fixed and once more hot. The main reason why I booked the property was the jacuzzi, which wasn't working. This was a big letdown. Also, we couldn't use the hairdryer or the iron until the last day, because there were no adapters for outlets in the house. After contacting the host, he left some adapters at the door. All in all, the property was a huge disappointment for us, but the host tried his best to accommodate us.
