This apartment has 3 bedrooms with air conditioners, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor deck, a beach garden. If you love the beach nothing compares almost live in it. Imagine yourself sitting in one of the 2 hammocks enjoying the breathtaking sunset watching your loved ones enjoy the sand. Walking just a few steps into the sand and a few more to the warm water. extra space available upon request. the second apartament has private entrance and private terrace with 2 rooms fits 5 more guest.

We had an amazing family vacation in Josean’s place. The ocean views were incredible! We couldn’t have been happier with the huge deck where we spent most of our time. We felt like we had a private beach as most of the time, we were only ones there. We used the hot tub almost every night. We had difficulty finding the place in the middle of the night after our flight was significantly delayed due to weather. We finally found it after we put in the coordinates on maps app. We will always treasure the memories we made at Josean’s place. Don’t hesitate; do yourself a favor and book this amazing place!

Warm and friendly locals neighborhood. Walking distance you may find a drugstore, bakery and deli, neighborhood market, fresh fish market (during the early morning), and the most beautiful beach is your backyard.
This vacation home is 41 miles from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport. You may want to rent a car or charter transportation. Public transportation is not to be relied upon. We strongly recommend renting you own transportation. Getting around tends to be easy. If you get lost and ask around the simple directions locals will offer are one of the highlights to driving in Puerto Rico. For directions to the house go to directions section.
