Nice a cozy house has everything you need for beach or just a house stay, clean and welcoming , host are very helpful and they respond fast, only bad part is at night SOMETIMES it smells bad but it’s not to bad . Will definitely stay here again

I visited PR mid April, 2024 with my teenage daughter and son. This was their first time to the Island so I looked for a place that was centrally located where we could do lots of things on the island. We also wanted a place that was near a beach and other fun things. Penélope’s place did not disappoint. The home is spacious and well thought out. Stocked well with anything you could need. Ample parking if needed and great outdoor spaces to relax. The backyard is very secluded and private and extremely comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a morning coffee and reading. While there (8 days) we were able to visit el yunque in the east and Ricon in the west. We also visited the “pork highway “ and many fresh water holes, rivers and of course beaches. We had a great time. The people in the small town the house is in were very nice as well. And the bakery down the street was perfect for fresh bread or pastries in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Penélope.

Place is beautiful and super close to a beautiful beach. We walked the beach every afternoon and the house was exactly where I wanted to be. I love Islote and we will definitely be back. Penelope is super friendly and very responsive and she made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for everything
