A hour from San Juan but I didn’t mind at all it was beautiful. Right across from the beach. The tv in the guest bedroom didn’t work. But the place was very clean and the private rooftop was amazing! My favorite part of the airbnb. Thanks for sharing your place.

Bernice was always very responsive, both before and after the booking and the stay. The location was great, with the beach and food trucks just steps away. The fenced in grounds kept the whole family feeling very safe. We had a blast sitting on the balcony and the roof top and enjoyed the sounds of the waves. If I could change one thing, it would be stocking the kitchen a little better. There were barely any spoons, only one serving bowl, no stock pot, only two cutting boards, amongst other limitations. A grill on the rooftop would be another great addition. So just beware if planning to make any meals to check first for what you need before buying the groceries. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Bernice was accommodating. It was a beautiful facility and a lovely stay in Puerto Rico, where we could enjoy the ocean in front of the house. The heartwarming hospitality also made our stay a memorable one. I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in Bernice’s apartment. The location was great and she was very responsive and attentive. Check in was super easy and it’s very nice there are two designated parking spaces for you in front of the building. If you are looking for a place near the beach and good restaurants this is the place. The one thing I will say is the apartment is big enough for six people and sleeping should not be an issue (plenty of beds) but the common areas are lacking some additional sitting, our group ended up being just four adults and one child and when watching tv some of us needed to be on the dining table and some on the small couch. I still recommend the space because of location and convenience!
