Bundle up with an evening fire-pit, make smores, drink your morning coffee on the patio, walk to the beach or watch the stunning lake sunrise. Friendly for everyone, 3 bed, 2 bath, 8 guest, with family games, adult tree swing, 2 fire pits & half-acre grassy yard for you to run free! Enjoy local boating, golfing, bowling, wineries or just relax. The home is 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, and full laundry room. Two bedrooms have a queen bed each and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. We also offer a queen blow up bed. There are two living areas, including a large family game room/TV room/entertainment room. The kitchen has a small breakfast table for two and a separate bar for two. There is a dinning table for 6. A large patio with gas fire pit, a gas BBQ grill and seating that faces the water. Only 1 min walk to the sandy beach.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place for our group. We were ladies going to Canton to shop during the day, and relax at night. There was everything we needed or wanted in the house. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked also. And the outside is great!

Tool Texas is a sleepy lake community on the Cedar Creek Reservoir (Cedar Creek Lake) located about 1 hour Southeast of Dallas Texas, 1 hour Southwest of Tyler, TX and 45 minutes Southwest of Canton, TX . You will find that Tool is still growing and has yet to be discovered by large commercial builders. That is what makes Tool Texas a true gem! The home is located in a small lakeside community called Isle Of View (I LOVE YOU!!), that only has a handful of residents, so privacy, peace and quiet are at a high premium.
We are only a few minutes away from Gun Barrel City, TX, where you will find shopping, restaurants, a new brewery, and any big box store you need.
Isle of View is a small neighborhood. Once you are here you can walk to the beach, or simple take a morning walk around the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking for up to 2-4 vehicles.
