This is a master bedroom/private studio in a triplex apartment (3 floors). You will pass my living room floor (2nd floor, or European 1st floor) via the staircase to reach your own floor, but you don't have to share anything with others. As the pictures show, there is a spacious private bathroom, a mini kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Fresh sheets, blankets, pillow cases and shower towels are prepared when new guests arrive. I keep my place very clean and organized, hope you do the same. The house rules are no smoking indoors and no pets, plus, we need to take off shoes in the hallway. Besides Subway and buses, we also have a shared Citi Bike station right downstairs. In addition, I provide city WIFI hotspots access, Netflix and US/Europe/Asia plug adapters, to make your travel more convenient. I hope you will have a great time here in NYC : )
