Large open floor plan with plenty of seating and a 70" TV with large fully stocked kitchen. The second floor is home to an office space, private patio with seating, and all 3 bedrooms and baths. The third floor is where you'll find an inviting open space with a pool table, bar top, and 65" TV. Outdoor Living Although this neighborhood has Beach Volleyball courts, Basketball courts, 2 outdoor Pools, and miles of biking and walking trails around Mueller Lake Park this home has 2 outdoor patio spaces. The first outdoor patio is designed to give our guests an area to grill out, enjoy an ice cold libation and relax and enjoy this quiet neighborhood located on the Main Floor off of the kitchen. The second patio is quaint and offers seating for you and your significant other to escape the rest of the house and enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or an ice cold drink in the evening. Located on the second floor and right off of the Master bedroom and Office space for our traveling professionals in need of a quick break. Bedrooms Master Bedroom An oversized master located directly atop the second floor has incredible natural lighting and furnished with Luxury King bedding, a full size dresser, a 55" TV and a large Master Bath. The ensuite bath includes Jack and Jill sinks, walk-in shower, and an oversized soaking tub. Large walk-in closet is found off the Master bath. Bedroom 2 This bedroom comes with a large Luxury Queen bed with an overhead loft-style Full Size bed. Great for both couples with children or for multiple adults! Bedroom 3 This bedroom includes a bunk bed (both are Full Size beds) great for either kids or even big enough for adults. Both of these bedrooms are located directly next to the second full bathroom fully equipped for our guests. Additional Sleeping Arrangements The sectional couch in the living room is rearrangeable into a sleeper sofa with additional pillows and blankets found inside the storage sections of the couch. The downstairs closet will also have 3 air mattresses that are also for use. Laundry Room Feel free to use the washer and dryer at your convenience! Fully equipped and ready to go. Large washer! Office The home office is located at the top of the second floor adjacent to the master bedroom and right next to the second patio. This work station is great for the traveling worker or remote worker who needs to stay on top of things! Equipped with an extra large monitor and a printer. Game Room Located on the third floor this is a great area for the kids to hang out or for the Adults to escape the littles! A large TV with major streaming services is available here to accompany those who are ready to hustle the Pool Table. Kitchen/Dining A full size kitchen equipped with coffee maker, espresso machine, air fryer, instant electric water boiler, microwave, oven and fully stocked to cook with an induction stove top with high-end cookware. The dining room table is large and offers plenty of seating! Internet A strong Wifi network is available throughout the house and in the outdoor areas so you can always stay connected.
