房东非常热情友好并且愿意提供帮助。我们到的时候上一租客刚走，房间还未彻底打扫，我就把我的洗漱用品放在了卫生间然后出门游玩去了。当我晚上近11点回来时发现洗漱用品不见了，联系房东。房东打扫时不确定是不是上一任租客的东西，就把这些洗漱用品打包起来然后亲自送过来了。非常友善的房东！

Very friendly host with a wealth of local knowledge. Host accommodated early check in and helped with finding parking. Very clean, tidy and well eqipped apartment in a fantastic location. Only about 5mins walk to the harbour and Old Town, shops and bakery within 500m. Highly recommended!

Quiet and clean flat. Second floor without elevator. Car park on the street close a building - if you found a place ( maybe is another parking I parked there). I recommend it.

Overall a decent place but could be cleaner. The bathroom had limited hot water which was a huge inconvenience

Me and my friends had a great time staying there. Boris was really friendly and gave us a lot of information on Croatia and places we can visit in split.He prepared fruits and water for us which was really nice of him. The house was really clean, peaceful and the center was at walkable distance.
