Historic one bedroom house just steps from Cherry Street with shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located right behind Society Burger and Kilkenny's with a downtown view from the front porch. The Gathering Place and Discovery Lab are just a short 5 minute drive and you can get anywhere from this house in Tulsa in less than 15 minutes! Historic home (nearing 100 years old) newly remodeled. Front porch seating area with ambiance lighting and a view of downtown Livingroom has a 50 inch smart tv and a sliding barn door to separate from the bedroom. Bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a workspace with ample closet space. There is a queen air mattress and extra linens in the closet for additional sleeping space. Kitchen is fully-furnished. We offer a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Full bath with a freshly reglazed tub. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for guest use. The whole house has blackout curtains if needed. There is grass and space for walking dogs at the front and back of the house or you can take them to a stroll down Cherry Street just a block away.

Many memories for me, loved going to Cherry Street! Kilkenny’s is one of my favorites and we could just walk there!
Laurenda's place was great! In the perfect area for everything we needed and we were able to walk almoat everywhere we went! I was unaware this property was a duplex when I purchases (probably just wasnt very observant while looking through photos) but she informed us that her sister may be staying next door but regardless, we had no disturbance and felt alone during our stay! She was extremely effective with communication and quick to respond! I would definitely recommend her place for those visiting the area!

We loved that we were in walking distance of cherry street! Great local coffeehouses and markets. Accommodations were great! Perfect for our weekend stay!
We were in Tulsa for the first time for a wedding and this was a great spot for what we needed. It’s not very neighborhoody as it’s across from the freeway but it’s only a block from cherry street which is very cute and has good restaurants and coffee spots. And it’s convenient to get anywhere in Tulsa from the location. Overall the place was clean but not spotless. We had a small ant issue and found a hair in a bowl, for example. But the host is very fast to respond and what mattered was clean like towels and bedding. Also, the listing at time of booking said there was no one living next door, but there was when we stayed there. Wish we knew that before so we didn’t get spooked by noise/people on the porch. All in all it’s a very cute and affordable place that’s close to everything in Tulsa. So we would recommend overall.

Near downtown in the Northern Midtown area lies Cherry Street, one of the hottest areas in town and a foodie’s playground boasting around 20 restaurants, many of them locally owned. Add in the several antique and collectible boutiques and the quaint residential blocks surrounding Cherry Street, and it makes for the perfect brunch date, late-night bar crawl, or pleasant family dinner all-in-one in a hip ambiance.
