Phyllis went above and beyond to welcome my family. She left welcome snacks and babyproofed. Her house is on a busy and noisy street, but it did not affect me inside, and it was easy to turn the car around in the driveway to avoid backing out into traffic. Overall, it is a tremendous value given the cost to rent near Boston. I wish it had a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, but that was clear from the listing. If you plan to eat out most of the time, it is fine. There are plenty of extra towels, which is fantastic.

The space was clean and had lots of extra amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated the use of these extra amenities. The location was perfect for the venue we were attending for a concert.

My partner and I had a lovely night in Phyllis’s AirBnB while visiting Rhode Island. It is in a great location (15 minute drive from the center of Providence) on a quiet residential street. The flat was spotless, spacious and private. It was much larger than expected and so cozy.
