Each room is eloquently decorated and conveniently functional. Guest has easy-to-access charging ports on every room and bedroom side table for all their electronics. ➤ Location Directly off route 7 and S George Mason Drive (Behind Barcroft Park at 4200 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington, VA 22206) Search online to see distance to your places of interest. • Stairs There are 14 stairs down from the street to the red front door. • Amenities Private, Entire house. No washer & dryer. • Parking Complimentary parking. 2 On-site public parking in front of the house and more at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. • Sleeping 4 separate bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2 Full bed, 1 twin daybed. Bedding is provided, also 4 tower fans, and luggage racks. • WiFi & TV-fios Free WiFi, up to 980 Mbps. FiOs Smart TVs in both living rooms • Toiletries Bath & face towels, TRESemme Conditioner and shampoo, Caress and Old Spice body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, 2 hair dryer, 2 irons, and 2 ironboards. • Kitchen basics Cookware, dinnerware, silverware, cups & glasses, coffee maker (ground coffee), and toaster. • Check-In Self-check-in with a smart lock. Steve was a great host and the house had everything a guest would need. This simple home was very comfortable and pleasant for our family gathering. It has ample space for sleeping and good gathering chill spaces. It could use a few more chairs. The beautiful deck would be more enjoyable with seating. It is close to Shirlington shops and dining, and Reagan airport if you have a car but not close to public transportation. One word of cautions there are steep stairs down to the front door.
We had a great stay! It was the perfect place to use as home base for our family of four adults visiting the DC area for a few days. We each had our own space and the neighborhood was quiet. We also appreciated the easy parking!

Reserving a place near a large city like DC is always tough. For my wife, it was "how safe is it". For me it's more "how easy will it be to park and drive to our destinations?". This house hit everything we needed perfectly. Felt very safe with nice neighbors, a school nearby, on a cul-de-sac and quiet. And while I planned on taking the metro into DC, it was easier to just drive...and outside of normal traffic the drive was easy and quick into the city. The house was awesome. Bigger than I expected, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms for our family of 5 was huge. Comfortable furniture, 2 big TVs. Everything needed was right there too...plenty of towels, kitchen items and other amenities. There was even water and some other drinks provided in the fridge. As a host Steve was great. Super nice, and great at communication. Genuinely cared about our trip and our needs at the house. I couldn't have asked for a better place to say and a very reasonable rate for our vacation. Guest may park their vehicles directly in front of the house. As we share the cul-de-sac with our neighbors, we request any additional vehicles be parked on the entrance of the street.
