Beautifully, remodeled condo in the heart of Gainesville, Florida. This condo features one bedroom and one bathroom with a comfortable queen size bed. Additionally, the living area boasts a comfortable futon sofa which converts into another bed for additional guests. The kitchen includes granite countertops with gas stove, as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker. This condo is a five minute walk to UF Health and the VA hospital. It is also minutes from the UF campus and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Ken’s place was comfortable. They had cold water in the refrigerator for us, and had a Keurig with coffee, creamers, and sugar. I really appreciated that. Everything was clean, and it was convenient to the university. I was in town for my son‘s commencement, and it was nice to be close.
Ken was always quick to response with any questions. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Great area close to the college. will definitely stay again in the future.
