Bedrooms come with comfy queen-sized beds and the primary bedroom has an ensuite. Close to UF (7mins), stadium (10mins), hospitals and downtown (>15mins), I75 for a quick escape into nature. Newly renovated and thoughtfully designed with nature flowing through in- and outside. The private patio and garden are great spots to relax in the shade of the trees. Living room: Comfy sofa, with 55" Smart TV, game collection and books. Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped, incl. blender, toaster and George Foreman grill. We're stocking some basic items for you such as coffee, salt, pepper etc. Bedroom #1: Queen size, closet, ensuite with bathtub/shower, patio access. Bedroom #2: Queen size, closet, bathroom right next to it in hallway. Sofa-bed: Queen size, very easy to convert into bed and back. 2 bathrooms: 1x shower and toilet in hallway next to living room and bedroom #2. 1x bathtub/shower and toilet in bedroom #1.
