The condo was not cleaned before arrival. Floors were dirty, toilets were moldy and probably hadn't been cleaned in several weeks! No wash rags for the showers. Minimal furniture at best! The best thing about the condo was the washer/dryer. The location was misrepresented. I was hoping to walk to UF (to defer parking permit fees) which was what was advertised but it was at least a 10 minute drive to the campus. It was way overpriced for the conveniences. This is my second long term condo rented in Gainesville and this condo was disappointing.

Clean, no frills- but has everything you need. Publix, target nearby. It is close to the road which is fine, there was a white noise machine in the room and we brought our own. We had no issues with the noise but good to know! Easy and clear communication

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo , limpio , cerca de UF , accesible, la comunicación con el Sr. Jonathan excelente, tiempo de respuesta absolutamente rápido! Definitivamente volveré a este lugar !

Is a nice, organized and cozy place equipped with necessary items for vacations! The host has very efficient communication! The place is pet friendly and super clean! Is highly recommended

Jonathan’s home was comfortable and clean. Located in an area that is close to everything we needed. The sport complex we needed for our track n field meet, restaurant, entertainment for my son, as well as shopping. Both rooms had a bathroom with an extra one downstairs made it convenient for my family to get ready early in the morning. There were lots of towels if needed as well. Noticed that when we were leaving. Check in was easy. If in the area again, we will check availability with him first definitely. His communication and patience was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality Jonathan! If you have other homes please let us know.
