The Annexe is private and peaceful. Located in the suburbs of Carmarthen and on the A48 between Pembrokeshire and Swansea. The Annexe contains one large room including a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and TV. There is an en-suite bathroom containing a toilet, wash basin, electric shower and heated towel rail. The kitchen is accessed through a separate door and includes a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster and kettle. The kitchen contains a everything you need to cook at The Annexe.

Lovely annex and even nicer host
Elinor was a brilliant host, who answered all of our questions very quickly, we were met with a lovely welcome tray of essential items which was a lovely touch. The annex was beautifully clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding and pillows. The outside space and garden was lovely with a nice seating area, and big garden area that was great for our dog.

The neighbourhood is in a suburb of the market town of Carmarthen. The street is peaceful. It takes 10 minutes to walk into the town centre and around 20 minutes to train/bus stations.
There is onsite parking available for guests on the driveway of the house. There is also on road parking. There is a bus route outside the house that takes you into the town centre. Or it’s a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The nearest pub is a 2 minute walk away.
