Brand new remodeled spacious and serene space located in the heart of Linton, Indiana. Small town with ample restaurants, shopping and coffee shops with in 10 minutes drive. Bonus, donut shop is right next door. Best Donuts in town. Perfectly located for outdoor enthusiast with Goose Pond Fish and Wildlife, Greene Sullivan State forest, Shakamak State Park all within 6 to 13 miles. As well as Edwardsport Power Plant just 19 miles away. This studio apartment is bright, spacious and comfy. Plenty of room to relax. There is a 2 burner cook top and microwave for you to prepare a meal in the ample stocked kitchenette. Mini fridge with a separate freezer. Smart TV that can be viewed from any location in the space. Black out curtains to shut out all the sunlight and street lights when you are ready to turn in for the day.

Immaculate and tastefully decorated! The lobby and our suite smelled great! Water and a variety of snacks was provided in the lobby and our suite. The bed was comfortable and black out curtains worked well. We were in town for the eclipse and spent two nights. Teresa is a delightful hostess and very responsive! We would quite happily stay here again!!

Teresa was a great host. Always responded quickly with good information. The apartment was very clean, quiet and organized. Linton is walkable with everything close by and friendly people
Teresa’s AirBnB is centrally located in Linton. It is cozy and well supplied with the things we needed. She even has a small ironing board for her guests to use. It is a very comfortable positive environment. And it was nice and quiet.
Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and super clean! Perfect for an overnight stay while attending a women’s retreat in the area!

There are a few restaurants within walking distance. A donut shop that serves the best fresh donuts around right next door. Sav-a-lot grocery store is 2 blocks away. There is a large beautiful Library across the street. Many small business 1 block over including a coffee shop and Christian book store. You can access all these businesses without even getting in your car.
