This may be my favorite villa of all time. Exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing, the sound of the birds, the master bedroom and shower, all of the windows ... incredible. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be (close to Long Bay, Apple Bay, and Smuggler's Cove), and the villa had everything we needed (coffee, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, even shampoo/conditioner/lotion). Jonathan answered all of our questions before the stay. When we arrived, Jude met us to take us to the villa, showed us everything, and was available to help with any questions we had. We ordered food delivery the day we arrived from Riteway and had a 4x4 vehicle, which is a must (although thankfully the villa is not on too high of a hill or incline). The pool was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we had the best family vacation! We will be back, I cannot wait!

Really nice place, Jon was a very good communicator and we were met by his friend Jude who was an extremely good host and welcomed us very well, met us at a nearby hotel and led us to the house, made sure we were comfortable, brilliant, thank you

The house was beautiful and within walking distance to fabulous beach at Smugglers Cove. Kitchen was so well stocked we loved cooking in. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable beds. House was spotless. Pool was perfect after a day at beach and views of ocean and sky from everywhere in the house. Plenty of room for three couples. Most importantly Jon and Jude were the most responsive agents ever. From beginning to end. Highly recommend the house and them!

The house was perfect for our group of 7. The home and neighborhood were beautiful. The home had everything we needed. The house is just as described. The views were amazing and we enjoyed many dinners together outside on the deck. Jon and Jude both responded quickly and were super accommodating. Jude was amazing and was there to help whenever needed. He made sure our groceries had arrived and had been put away before our arrival. The house was in a perfect location and walking distance to smugglers cove a beautiful beach. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future.

Would def stay again! Loved the house, property and location. Everything we needed to cook wonderful meals and eat on the large covered deck. Enjoyed the beautiful pool every evening. Walking distance to our favorite beach “Smugglers “. In line hot water so we never ran out. Another detail we really enjoyed was the reverse osmosis drinking water, it was wonderful not to have to buy tons of water bottles! And also a plus that we utilized every day was the beach chairs and umbrellas. And we thought the driveway and dirt roads were fun not scary- can’t wait to return!
