It is 3-minutes to I-77, 5-9 minutes to Lowes Head Office/Davidson College/nearby retails, ~25 minutes to Charlotte. We follow Airbnb's 5 Steps Procedures to sanitize & disinfect for your peace of mind. This is an in-law suite with completely separate entrance. The hosts live in the main part of the house. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many marinas nearby! Enjoy waterfront living on the dock & a platform watching your companions doing all kinds of lake/beach activities (swimming/beaching/kayaking/fishing, ...). In addition to the entire 1-bed room, guests will have the full access to the lake facilities (private boat ramp and beach, water toys listed below, outdoor shower, dock and platform), fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and up to 4 parking spaces. COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES - 2 Kayaks - 5 Paddle Boards - 2 Floating Pad - 1 Canoe - 1 Cornhole Set - 1 Basketball Hoop - 1 Swing - 1 Grill with propane tank (another full propane tank is stored underneath the deck in back yard) - 2 Large 4K smart TVs - a few board games (poker, monopoly, ...)

It was an awesome stay that exceeded expectations for myself, wife, infant, dog, and would definitely come back again. This listing is a great place that has everything you need in one place. If you are smaller group needing a Air B&B then this is the place for you.
Lucy was a great host! We had a very peaceful week by the lake. Loved being able to use the kayaks and the lawn furniture to enjoy the sunset. Lucy was very easy to communicate with and was flexible when we checked out late- I misread the check out instructions and accidentally thought it was 11AM but it was 10! But Lucy was very flexible with us and accommodating! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Place is beautiful. On the lake. Nice dock on the water. Clean and very peaceful. Can’t wait to go back. Lucy is awesome

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful place, and Lucy was a great host. It is exactly like the photos and the description. It is very clean and well-stocked. It is a great location as it is only a few steps away from Lake Norman. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, spending time on the dock, just relaxing, and eating at some great local restaurants. As a bonus, it is not too far from Charlotte. We definitely would go back!
