Beautiful large two-bedroom apartment with an exclusive view on Cathédrale de Rouen (2mn away) in a calm and serene ancient bourgeois building located in Rouen's lovely and preserved pedestrian old town. You will love the view and proximity of both the Cathedral and every downtown Rouen tourist attraction, as well as the apartment's high ceilings, large living room with artwork, large separate kitchen, fine decoration as well as the comfort of its two bedrooms, its two modern bathrooms (one 3/4 Duplex L'Astrolabe's private entrance (GF+1 without elevator) takes you straight to the bright high-ceiling living room and its view over Notre-Dame Cathedral de Rouen, after leaving the large kitchen on your left. Both bedrooms and the 3/4 bathroom are directly accessible from the living room. The other shower room is exclusively accessible from the master bedroom.

Wonderful, quiet place in the heart of Rouen. Close to everything. No need for a car if this place is your base and your travels only include this town. You may wish to rent a car if you want to get out explore Normandy.
Hebben een fijne dagen gehad. Op enkele elektriciteitsproblemen na us alles goed verlopen. Een probleem was, de persoon die ons ontving sprak geen enkel woord engels. Dit is heel lastig en vraagt om misverstanden. Ook was alle informatie die in het appartement is, alleen in het Frans beschikbaar. Geen enkele imstructie in het Engels. Ook de TV enkel Franse zenders. Ben van mening dat, als een host internationale gasten ontvangt, er voor moet zorgen dat info e.d. ook in het Engels in het apparaat aanwezig moeten zijn.
Excellent séjour à l'Astrolabe. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, bien équipé avec une vraie cuisine où il est facile de cuisiner. Les lits sont confortables, le chauffage facile à régler... Bref il y fait bon vivre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
Great large appartement located in the middle of the pedestrian area of Rouen. Excellent location. Beautifully decorated. The parking was very convenient, expect for when checking out it became a little complicated to return the key while not having a parking spot anymore. We’d love to stay here again when in Rouen. Good communication with clear instructions. Highly recommended!!
Amazing place to relax after exploring the city! everything is close by at walking distance and the hosts provided the best overview of things to do and restaurants to visit that I've ever seen 😊 overall a great experience!

Our building is most-ideally located at the heart of Rouen's preserved old pedestrian city centre, within walking distance of all major attractions and monuments as well as many shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes.
We have a secured parking lot located at a 5-mn walk (24-hr security and controlled access).
