I have always had great experiences with Airbnb, and the customer service response restored any concerns I had. In terms of this property- there is a sign taped to the toilet that instructs you to cut a rubber band in the tank before use. There were 2 very shoddy towels for the entire stay of 4 days. The couches are very, VERY stained. The remote for the tv did not have batteries for use and the Wi-Fi information was not in the unit as advertised. The “free parking” across the street is not free. There were holes above the floor awning in the kitchen that looks like potential rodent bites and the Linoleum flooring has gaps which expose what appears to be rotting wood beneath. The water heater is in the kitchen which isn’t included in photos and the bathroom was dirty/not cleaned recently. Airbnb customer service asked for photos and, once supplied found a location nearby and refunded the stay. I will use air bnb again because the response was so swift and easy to handle.
