A detached self-catering accommodation located on the beautiful Newquay Pentire peninsula, one of Cornwall's most sought-after locations and within walking distance of the famous Fistral beach, Gannel River, idyllic Penpol creek and the South West coastal path. There are two parking spaces big enough to accommodate a van/SUV, so you can park up and conveniently walk everywhere you need. The house has one king size bedroom and one twin room with single beds with an option to form a superking if required, please just let us know in advance of your stay. For young children, a travel cot & mattress is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and fan oven, microwave, pressure cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cafetiere, American fridge freezer and dishwasher. All cooking, drinking and eating equipment are provided. The dining room provides a six-seater dining table with French doors opening out to the rear private spacious patio area. There are two tiers of entertainment areas for your enjoyment, the lower patio has a six-seater table with a gas BBQ while the upper terrace offers a more casual seating area for four. Relax in the evenings in the cosy lounge. Fire up the log burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV or use the games provided. There is a library of books for you to use. Linen and towels are included together with one welcome Spa toiletry pack per adult. Other amenities include WiFi and a Sonos Bluetooth speaker for your music streaming. There are plenty of places nearby to hire activity/beach equipment or have your SUP/Surf hire kit delivered directly to you! There is also a garage attached to the property should you wish to bring any kit with you. The garage contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Enjoy the convenience of the hot outdoor shower after a day on the beach. We love dogs and well behaved dogs welcome, just let us know if you are bringing any. We have a no dogs on furniture policy but we provide throws should they be needed. Restaurants Sea Spray - South Fistral Beach- coffees, breakfast, light bites and mains right above the beach. The Fish House - North Fistral Beach - locally caught fish and shellfish, vegetarian and meat options, beautifully cooked. Rick Stein. - North Fistral Beach - The fish and chips here are always good but there are other options such as noodle, curries and lovely puddings, you can eat in or take away. The Stables - North Fistral Beach - Pizzas and pies with live music on the weekend, great views from the balcony and a roaring fire in the winter. Lewinnick Lodge - Pentire Headland. Boutique hotel and restaurant, great range of food and amazing views from the terrace. The Harbour Fish and Grill - North Quay Newquay - late morning coffee, lunch, overlooking the harbour. It’s great in the evening too. There is also a great new street food set up in the harbour itself, just turn up!
