The house is a mini hotel. Some past guests described it in their reviews as "like a 5-Star Hotel" This room has a Queens size bed, smart lock, smart TV and other essentials. About two guests share a bathroom, but they are regularly sanitized and disinfecting wipes are provided. Rooms with private bathrooms are also available. Most places of interest in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia like BWI and IAD airports, Uni. of Maryland Medical School, John Hopkins, are easily accessible from here. This luxurious and spacious house is on 3 levels, with a few step at the entrance. Most bathrooms are on 1st and 2nd floors. However, there is a double room on the ground floor for guests that have difficulty with stars and all steps have support rails. The parking lot with CCTV coverage and Motion alarms is at the back of the building.

I stayed at Nelson's for 30 days. He was an excellent host--very personable. His AirBnB was very nice and clean with state of the art appliances.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I just wanted to hop on here and say Nelson’s place is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The surrounding area is a little off putting, but as soon as you walk into the house, you forget all about the outside. The house is huge, and the back deck and parking lot are great additions. The inside layout of the house 100% matches the listing, and Nelson is very polite and attentive. I felt very comfortable being in the shared spaces, the house, my room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. If I am ever in the area again, and need another airbnb. This will be my first choice. Thanks again Nelson!

Nelson is a great host. He is very quick to respond and reached out to make sure my stay was going well. The place is beautiful, very clean, with clear instructions to get to your room. I would definitely recommend if you need a quick and comfortable place to lay your head. Excellent job on the renovation of the place as well, it looks amazing.
Nelson was great, the area is on the rough side but the way Nelson house looks and the security system that he has you will feel so safe!! House was nothing less then amazing he was a great host definitely would come back !!
