Appartement de taille plus qu'agréable ... nous avions des amis anglais a recevoir et nous avons particulièrement apprécier la place , l'espace du salon . Idéal pour une famille de 3 un ado et deux adultes ... Seul petit bémol le nettoyage n'était pas au top mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien .

Great place. Very well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. Bigger than it looks in the photos. Had all we needed for our family of 4 and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely come again!

Great place - great access to train into Brighton, quiet and private, excellent off street parking. The nearby Waitrose is a treat and not far from Worthing beach front which is lovely.

There was good communication prior to check in, even a late message about where was open post lockdown. The position of the apartment is really good, right opposite the train station and near enough to walk to all facilities and the beach. A key safe is used for check in and a parking space is available. As we entered the property we were met with a stale smell, we opened all windows to clear this. Our first visit after a journey was to the bathroom, as the seat was lifted we found urine staining on the seat and around the pan. We immediately contacted the host who informed us a cleaner had spent 3 hours there prior to our arrival. On further investigation we found layers of old dust behind the TV and router all of the skirting boards throughout the 3 rooms were dusty. Kitchen cupboards were not clean and the cutlery stained as was the coffees machine. The bedroom was home to several cobwebs clinging on to dust, the carpet was distinctly un inviting. It was so disappointing as the building itself is unique and described as renovated to a high standard, however the up keep and lack of cleaning let’s it down
