Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Looking for guests who are coming into town for a quick visit of the town or to visit their loved ones for a few days. Great environment. 1,900 Sq ft. is plenty of space to move and not feel cramped. Nice quiet environment. There is a railroad on the opposite side of town which you can faintly hear.

A great place to stay if you want to visit Cleveland! Matthew was an amazing host!
Had to come into town for a funeral and Matthew was very kind and sensitive to my grief. He came across as a really great guy. The room was just as described and shown in the photo and was very appropriately priced.

I've lived here for 5 years now. I love the neighborhood and the house is in the most ideal area. Everyone is extremely friendly.
Car is the most ideal.
There is a bus stop a few blocks away. I ride manual transportation to get around locally. (Bike, skates, etc.)
