Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located high above Koh Tao’s bustling harbour town is our newly-renovated, open-plan villa with its breathtaking view of Nang Yuan island! Stay here for scenery, location & relaxation. We will make your holiday a once-in-a-lifetime experience with the help of our extensive island knowledge. The panoramic ocean view from the villa is breathtaking! Quietly observe the harbour traffic below, whilst savouring a cocktail by your private plunge pool. As well as offering privacy and world-class views, Harbour View Villa has all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. These include plunge pool, WiFi, air-conditioning (in both bedrooms), smart TVs, and a Bluetooth music speaker. There is ample living space to relax and unwind. Including an outdoor dining area/sun terrace and a large, modern open-plan living space inside complete with large comfy sofas. Harbour View comes with a well-equipped kitchenette that includes a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. However, if you do not want to cook on holiday there are many delivery menus provided so you can order from a large variety of different foods delivered (free) to your door, from 06:30 to 22:00. The quality and variety of global foods on Koh Tao is one of its many attractions. We also provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and drinking water free of charge. It is a 2-bedroomed villa that sleeps up to 4 people. Bedrooms one and two both have king-size beds, air-conditioning and sea views. There is one bathroom servicing both bedrooms. The kitchen and living spaces don't have air-conditioning, but they have multiple wall/ceiling fans. Every 2 days our housekeeping staff will come to clean the house and swimming pool, re-supply drinking water, change towels and remove rubbish. Every 4 days we will change bedding too. We supply all guests with bath towels, pool towels and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.

Stunning, beautiful, scenery views from pool. Excellent for two couples, can’t wish for more. Expect some walking up the very steep hill if you not quite good on the bike. 100 +++

Would definitely recommend staying here, unbelievable villa with a beautiful view. I could not fault anything from the villa, cleanliness and the customer service from the hosts, especially Yada! One of the comfiest beds I’ve stayed in Thailand.

Harbour View Villa is located a few minutes taxi ride to Mae Haad, and 10 minutes to Sairee. Both areas have their own beach, and are full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
The property's closest beach is Mae Haad Bay which is also the main pick-up/drop-off point for snorkelling tours around the island.
This is a great place to stay if you wish to be away from the 'backpacker' scene and the noise of the beach bars. We are at the quiet end of town.
We can arrange a taxi to and from the pier upon check-in and check-out (300THB each way). Alternatively, we can organise scooters to be collected beside the pier or delivered to the house (300THB/day).
The access road to the villa is fully-concrete however it is steep. It is easily reached by taxi, or scooter if you are experienced and comfortable driving one. As Koh Tao is such a small island (only 21 square km in size!) it never takes long to get to where you want to go.
Due to the position of the property, it is not suitable for the elderly or anybody with walking difficulties. We also wouldn’t recommend staying with small children.
We can provide you with the phone number of our kind and reliable taxi driver 'Mr Bear' in order to arrange any journeys. We have managed to negotiate the best rates possible with him. The prices beneath are at the lowest level which means no haggling with taxi owners over the price. This can be a problem here sometimes.

Many people choose to get around Koh Tao by motorbike as it is the cheapest way to explore our beautiful island and gives you the freedom to go wherever you wish, whenever you wish to. However, we strongly recommend that you only rent a bike if you are confident driving one and you have driven before. Koh Tao roads can sometimes be a challenge and the road to the villa is not an easy drive. If you still wish to rent a bike, we can provide you with the number of a trustworthy rental shop that provides a drop-off/pick-up service from the villa. They charge 300THB per day, including helmets. Please ask for our advice before renting.
