Location location is the key here!! Right next to Brownwood paddock Town square. Shopping, grocery, nightly entertainment, dining and recreation within a few minutes walk!! Just an absolute perfect place to be. Also, in the neighborhood is an adult pool ( over 30 ) perfect for relaxing. Complete privacy in this 1800 sqft 3 bedroom ( all are king beds ), 2 full bath home. Entire home inside and out just painted, comes with brand new 2023 golf car too! Just a gorgeous home in a perfect location.

Great host and he showed us around the villages. Clean tidy and well located with access to square, shops and restaurants. Having use of a golf cart makes a big difference.
Great location near Brownwood Square. Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the community pool. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided including a new golf cart. Jim was very easy to work with and quick to respond if needed.
Jim’s home was more than I could’ve. Jim was immediately responsive to any question. All could ever expect, and more.
This home was perfect for a week long stay at The Villages. It had everything our family needed to have an enjoyable time. Jim was very communicative and responsive.
