1 bd, 10’x18’ complete with a personal bath and workspace. Proximity to Twinbrook Metro station makes it very convenient. 10-min. walk! The room faces the warm western sunlight during afternoons, enjoying the natural lighting. Amazing location for NIH / Medical center employees (3 stops away). The house is always quiet, and the roommates are very respectful. The kitchen is shared, and a light amount of cooking is allowed. Room feels spacious and comfortable. Metro card provided for commuters! Once opening the front entrance door to the house, bear left, the room is located at the end of the hallway. Great feature about this room is that the bathroom is attached for maximum privacy. Two adjacent roommates are very quiet, quiet hours at 9pm.

Chris was very responsive and Maria was very nice when I saw her on my way to the room. The room was perfect, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood about half a mile from the Twinbrook station so walking to and from the station was really easy.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Maria was very gracious and accomodating. The space was well set up, very clean and home-like. Acces was easy and location is very convenient for restaurants, gas stations etc. I would definately stay with Chris and Maria again.
It was a great place.
Maria was the host and she is a really nice person. The room is really cozy, clean and warm. The neighborhood is calm and you can reach the metro within a 10 minute walk as well as stores and supermarket. I'll stay there again if I have the chance.
Chris's mother was a great communicator and responded super quickly to my queries during the check in and through the trip. The room and bathroom are as described super clean. The location is close to NIH center, walking distance (20min). I had a great stay! I will be back next year! Rafa

Very quiet residential neighborhood. Pike & Rose located 10 minutes away driving. Washington D.C is 35 minutes away on Metro or driving. Rockville Town center is located 20 minutes away.
Public Transportation all around listing. Twinbrook Metro Station (redline) is a 10 minute walk from listing. There are ride-on bus stops located along Lewis Avenue. Bethesda trolley bike path runs thru Twinbrook station. I-270 and Beltway is 15 minutes away from listing driving.
